Buy Blvd was born out of a simple frustration: why is it effortless to shop online, yet nearly impossible to know what’s available in-store?
Co-founders Eliza Glover, a fashion strategist deeply embedded in LA’s boutique scene, and Ryan Borchetta, a product builder with a talent for systems and design, came together with a shared vision. Eliza had seen firsthand how independent retailers struggled to compete with e-commerce giants, while Ryan recognized the inefficiencies of local shopping and knew there had to be a better way. Together, they set out to solve a universal problem: the endless hunt for the perfect piece—only to discover it’s sold out online or hidden in a boutique just blocks away.
Buy Blvd bridges that gap. Our platform makes boutique shopping digital, giving shoppers the ability to search real-time in-store inventory, discover curated picks from style creators, and walk into a store knowing exactly what’s waiting. For retailers, Buy Blvd provides the visibility and tools they’ve been missing, leveling the playing field against larger online competitors.

Eliza brings a unique blend of experience in fashion, retail strategy, and consumer tech. A graduate of USC’s Iovine & Young Academy, she developed a strong foundation in product innovation and entrepreneurship. She’s collaborated with brands like Adidas and PopPay to craft forward-thinking retail experiences. Driven by a passion for blending digital ease with the charm of local shopping, Eliza is reimagining how modern consumers discover and engage with fashion in their own neighborhoods.

RYAN BORCHETTA

Ryan takes a tech-first, product-focused approach to transforming the in-store shopping experience. With a background in engineering, UX design, and startup growth, he builds seamless digital tools that connect the ease of online shopping with the energy of real-world retail. A graduate of USC’s Iovine & Young Academy, he’s contributed to future-forward product strategies for brands like Adidas and Samsung. At Buy Blvd, Ryan leads product development, powering a real-time inventory platform that’s changing how people find and shop fashion locally.
